Information Technology Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage local IT projects and localization support
• oversee site IT and data operations and report to regional or global counterparts
• apply global policies locally
• address user needs and identify IT improvements
• support data, network access, and backup security as a local extension of global Cyber Security
• manage local IT equipment and asset/service catalogues
• provide end-user support
• resolve local issues and escalate critical incidents
• oversee local vendors and service performance
• participate in cross-site and regional knowledge sharing.
