What you'll do

• Must be an LPN or LVN. Ensure implementation of resident-care policies and procedures
• supervise and assist with resident services, including coordination with independently contracted ancillary providers as requested by residents and families
• conduct assessments, negotiate service plans, develop service schedules, and update service information as resident needs indicate
• ensure timely assessments and charges
• and assist with social history assessments and life-enrichment programming.
