Staff Wellness Manager — Community & Behavioral Services

Through confidential consultation, training, referrals, and collaboration with leaders, the manager works to strengthen resilience and psychological safety across the organization.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver employee trainings and workshops
• provide post-incident psychological first aid, debriefings, and follow-up coordination
• develop and evaluate a trauma-informed wellness program
• create response protocols and wellness resources
• consult with supervisors and leaders
• maintain confidential documentation and aggregate program data
• coordinate recognition and connection initiatives
• assess needs and program effectiveness
• coordinate mental health resources and referrals
• facilitate peer support and reflective sessions
• partner with leadership on staff well-being policies.
