The Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinical Director, Clinic ABA Therapy role is onsite in Addison, TX. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year. The clinic provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism spectrum disorder, with a focus on life skills and quality of life. The director leads clinical services, develops individualized programs, assesses client progress, and trains and supervises behavior analysts and registered behavior technicians. The role also works with families, supports safe and compliant service delivery, and coordinates documentation and insurance correspondence.

What you'll do

• Serve clients in clinic and community settings
• participate in field trips and community events
• conduct assessments
• create research-based individualized programs
• analyze progress and update programs
• hold parent training meetings and provide progress updates
• supervise interns and RBTs
• participate in staff meetings and training
• handle insurance correspondence and pre-authorization requests
• support safety management and cleaning duties
• document services and follow authorized schedules.
