The role provides coverage as needed, supports classroom activities and individual needs, and helps ensure compliance with center policies and licensing requirements.

What you'll do

• Assist with age-appropriate activities
• maintain a safe, clean, nurturing classroom
• respond to children’s individual needs
• communicate with teachers and the childcare director
• build positive relationships with children and families
• follow licensing regulations and center policies
• monitor supplies
• attend meetings, safety trainings, and drills
• complete required DHHS training.
