What you'll do

• Record and reconcile daily cash transactions against bank activity
• transfer and validate financial data across Excel, Smartsheet, ERP, and accounting systems
• research and apply customer payments to invoices
• investigate batch and system discrepancies
• partner with the general ledger team
• process refunds and cancellations
• support reconciliations and month-end close
• monitor collections and days sales outstanding
• prepare ad hoc reports
• collaborate on process improvements.
