Provides direct leadership, instruction and motivation for students in swimming classes. Essential Functions:. Instructs swimming lessons as assigned in accordance with YMCA guidelines, having prepared lesson plans accordingly. Develops positive relationships with members and participants and provides motivational support and guidance.
