What you'll do

• Triage calls to determine the appropriate care site and provider
• document calls
• register patients and verify demographic information
• handle requests from referring providers
• answer and screen calls
• resolve inquiries and complaints
• coordinate appointment changes and cancellations
• process prescription refills according to practice protocol
• arrange interpreter services when needed
• support training and guidance for less experienced team members.
