What you'll do

• Support weekly Eagle River campus services vocally, instrumentally, through music direction, or logistical support
• fill in as campus worship leader when the Worship Pastor is unavailable
• participate in recruiting, auditioning, reviewing, and onboarding worship team members
• lead weekly Youth Culture worship services and rehearsals
• schedule teams and provide feedback
• recruit and develop student musicians
• maintain Youth Culture planning materials and communications
• participate in worship for special events as available.
