What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, recruit, and train the sales team

• partner with the CEO on commercial strategy and performance reporting
• standardize sales methodology, pipeline stages, playbooks, and onboarding
• collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and Product on client feedback
• manage sales budget, P&L, and financial accountability.
