What you'll do

• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to established standards
• report lost and found items
• follow room-entry procedures
• replace linens and towels, make beds, and clean bathrooms
• replenish guest amenities
• remove trash and room-service items
• check appliances
• straighten furniture and furnishings
• vacuum and perform floor care
• dust and polish
• stock cleaning carts and linen closets
• respond to special guest requests
• report maintenance needs
• assist other housekeeping associates
• follow safety and brand standards.
