What you'll do

• Partner with operational leaders to strengthen employee experience
• conduct focus groups and gather feedback
• lead the Buddy Program and new hire onboarding
• facilitate new hire orientation and training sessions
• support the rollout of new programs and policies
• track training completion and development efforts.
