What you'll do

• Review and process vendor invoices
• match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
• code expenses
• prepare check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• reconcile vendor statements
• respond to vendor inquiries
• maintain records
• assist with month- and year-end close and audits
• monitor payment status
• collaborate on invoice issues and process improvements.
