What you'll do

• Coordinate onboarding, cross-training, retraining, and qualification programs
• partner with supervisors on on-the-job training
• observe employees to validate competency and compliance
• develop and reinforce training in GMPs, food safety, workplace safety, manufacturing technology, and Lean
• maintain training records and qualification matrices
• identify gaps in work instructions and coordinate updates
• standardize training across three shifts
• support HR recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
