What you'll do

• Maintain production trackers, usage calendars, project folders, and vendor documentation
• coordinate availability, travel, accommodation, budgets, permits, equipment lists, call sheets, and catering
• oversee production assistants, set setup and breakdown, crew hours, product tracking, and on-set materials
• review invoices and receipts, organize retouching feedback, and support asset distribution.
