What you'll do

• Work with nursing leadership to support clinical initiatives.
• Collaborate with Chief Nursing Officer and/or Chief Operating Officer, department directors and managers, physicians, and other leadership.
• Improve operational activities related to enhancing efficiencies, patient satisfaction, physician satisfaction, and cost-effective outcomes.
• Develop strategic action plans.
• Monitor progress towards goals.
• Perform periodic audits, surveys, and organizational assessments.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate a standard work process.
• Collect, organize and analyze data.
• Generate and provide accurate and complete reports.
• Attend and support key leadership committees.

What we're looking for

Education

Associate’s degree in Surgical Technology, or other related degree.

Experience

Experience in the Operating Room, Surgical Tech experience - required.
