The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Wayland, MA, with compensation of $40–$53.50 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. What you'll do

• Assess resident health needs and develop and implement nursing care plans
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• monitor resident progress and changes in condition
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• educate residents and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge
• maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations and HIPAA
• participate in case management
• support specialized areas including PT, OT, SUD, and pain management.
