Landscaping Install Crew Leader

The Landscaping Install Crew Leader role is onsite in Roanoke, VA. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour, paid weekly. The role supports U S Lawns of Roanoke’s enhancement projects for its clients. The crew leader coordinates enhancement technicians and project work to help ensure landscaping tasks are completed safely and to client expectations. The role combines hands-on project support with task delegation, team coaching, equipment and supply oversight, and project documentation.

What you'll do

• Lead enhancement technicians on garden bed maintenance, lawn aeration, mulching, and irrigation repair projects
• assign and delegate tasks
• train and coach team members on quality and safety
• communicate with clients about project needs and expectations
• monitor equipment, tools, and supplies
• complete project documentation and reports
• follow company policies and safety regulations.
