What you'll do

• Call prospective customers from company-provided lists
• answer customer calls and fill orders from inventory
• use parts systems to check availability, pricing, and substitutions
• advise customers about parts replacement needs
• stock parts on outside vans and pickups
• check customer credit and collect past-due payments
• accept cash or COD payments at delivery
• inspect returned parts and cores and issue credits
• research new customer opportunities
• complete warranty paperwork
• maintain a clean and presentable vehicle.
