What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business across Florida through networking, outreach, and campaigns
• re-engage past and dormant accounts
• present and tailor the company’s services to customer needs
• conduct site visits, sales meetings, and presentations
• coordinate qualified opportunities with estimators, service managers, and lead service technicians
• perform light estimating for straightforward opportunities when necessary
• maintain Salesforce activity, opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
• build an annual sales plan
• coordinate marketing campaigns, content, and events
• support future sales staff development as the company grows.
