Lead Infant Teacher

Job overview

The Lead Infant Teacher role is onsite in Lake Mary, FL, with pay of $15–$17 per hour. The Learning Experience provides an early-learning setting for infants and families. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing classroom and supports infants’ early development through age-appropriate activities, individualized care routines, family communication, and collaboration with the teaching team.

What you'll do

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants
• plan age-appropriate developmental activities
• follow individual feeding, diapering, and nap routines
• support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• communicate with families about daily activities and milestones
• maintain a clean, organized classroom
• work with the teaching team.
