Scale Clerk

Job overview

What you'll do

• Control facility access and monitor security cameras
• verify identification and check in visitors and contractors
• receive and document deliveries and coordinate distribution
• prepare paperwork for truck scale operations and plant activities
• use ERP systems, Excel, email, and other software
• maintain records and files
• provide administrative support to customer service, operations, and maintenance
• maintain a clean office and scale house.
