What you'll do

• Manage and coach technicians
• coordinate daily workload, ticket queues, staffing coverage, and escalations
• lead break-fix operations across server, storage, and network hardware
• perform CLI-based diagnostics
• oversee component replacements
• troubleshoot Layer 1–3 network issues
• coordinate OEM returns and warranty claims
• maintain incident and repair documentation
• ensure SLA adherence
• support infrastructure upgrades and maintenance
• ensure compliance with MOPs and CMOPs.
