What you'll do

• Assist donors with donations in a friendly, professional, and safe manner
• handle donor concerns
• accurately record donors, donations, and items
• help maintain cleanliness in the backroom and sales floor
• and maintain an orderly backroom layout. The role involves standing for six to eight hours and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.
