What you'll do

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates
• oversee hotel departments and guest service
• assist with forecasts, reports, budgets, and expense monitoring
• monitor guest satisfaction and brand standards
• resolve complaints and review operational issues
• oversee property accounting and coordinate payroll with corporate accounting
• ensure internal audit standards
• work with sales staff on occupancy and revenue strategies
• maintain front-office systems and equipment
• serve on the safety committee
• and create action plans to address guest-service deficiencies.
