What you'll do

• Lead and work alongside carpenters and field employees
• assign daily work and check progress
• perform and oversee layout, framing, blocking, trim, and door and window installation
• read plans and confirm dimensions
• coordinate subcontractors and trades
• plan materials and equipment
• inspect workmanship and complete punch lists
• maintain jobsite safety and order
• train crew members and report progress and issues.
