Special Projects Intern, Construction Project Management (Summer 2027)

The Special Projects Intern, Construction Project Management role is onsite in Milford, MA, on a full-time, 40-hour schedule. Compensation is $24–$29 per hour. The intern supports Consigli Construction’s Project Management division and Special Projects department. The intern assists project teams with construction project management tasks, including document handling, subcontractor coordination, permitting support, and closeout preparation. The role provides hands-on experience in a construction environment while helping project teams organize and advance project work.

What you'll do

• Assist with document setup and management
• attend project meetings and take minutes
• process bid lists and collect subcontractor pricing and scope summaries
• organize and attend subcontractor descope meetings
• create subcontractor leveling and scope sheets
• support permitting with local cities and towns
• assist with owner and subcontractor change orders
• prepare closeout binders, including operations and maintenance manuals and warranties
• use Microsoft Office and other software tools.
