What you'll do

• Manage personal injury caseloads from intake through settlement or resolution
• serve as the primary client contact
• work with attorneys on case strategy and development
• coordinate medical treatment and provider communications
• obtain and organize medical and billing records
• assist with demand packages and settlement materials
• maintain electronic case files
• track milestones, deadlines, and treatment progress
• communicate with insurers and case-related parties.
