Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager — Every Other Weekend

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care to residents
• supervise CNAs and other assigned staff
• oversee direct care on the shift
• give and receive shift reports
• make unit rounds
• inform physicians and families of changes in residents’ conditions
• assist with care plans
• complete confidential medical records
• follow infection-control and safety practices
• respond to call lights
• assist with admissions and transfers
• communicate with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors
• attend meetings and in-services.
