What you'll do

• Determine staffing workload from catering orders
• coordinate setup with function leaders and address changes
• instruct staff on work expectations
• set up rooms
• assemble and deliver food and supplies
• serve food and beverages
• return equipment and utensils
• maintain presentation, portion control, serving temperatures, sanitation, and orderliness
• follow approved recipes and production standards.
