Quality Assurance & Quality Control Specialist — Commercial Construction

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project-specific quality procedures, documentation, and reports
• review shop drawings and submittals
• schedule and document inspections
• document, correct, and reinspect nonconformance
• verify materials against approved submittals
• conduct preconstruction meetings
• coordinate testing, startup, and commissioning of mechanical systems
• verify as-built drawings and closeout documents
• stop work when needed to address safety or quality issues.
