What you'll do

• Perform thermal and structural analysis using finite-element or hand-calculation methods
• supervise and mentor analysts
• review team output and drive analysis tasks to completion
• manage analysis budgets and schedules
• review customer specifications and internal methods
• plan analysis activities and acceptance criteria
• support customer meetings and design reviews
• document results in presentations, spreadsheets, or reports
• create tools and templates to improve efficiency.
