The coordinator guides patients through spinal cord stimulation care and related technologies, helping address barriers to treatment while coordinating appointments, follow-up, procedure preparation, and collaboration among clinical and administrative teams.

What you'll do

• Schedule pre-op, post-op, and follow-up visits related to spinal cord stimulation
• conduct follow-up calls and maintain phone journals
• reconcile weekly cases with device representatives
• prepare procedure materials
• coordinate with scheduling and pre-authorization teams
• reprogram patient devices when necessary.
