What you'll do

• Lead workforce planning, succession and talent pipelines, change management, HR metrics, and leadership development
• advise on employee relations and employment law
• lead investigations and advise on corrective actions and separations
• oversee workers’ compensation, leave, payroll, compensation, benefits, HR systems, policies, recruiting, engagement, and HR team development.
