The coordinator supports the operations team through accurate data entry, shipment documentation review, and tracking freight exceptions. The role helps ensure shipment and billing information is accurate and supports retail import, export, and surface shipments as required.

What you'll do

• Communicate with and support the operations team
• enter alphanumeric data into web-based systems
• assist with retail import, export, and surface shipments as required
• verify system information against bills of lading
• review documents for accuracy before scanning
• track overages, shortages, and damaged freight.
