What you'll do

• Operate and monitor concrete block manufacturing machines
• set up equipment, molds, and materials to specifications
• adjust machine settings
• inspect finished blocks for quality and defects
• perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• collaborate with team members and supervisors
• operate forklifts or other equipment.
