The role helps Finance and Capital Markets secure and manage the legal foundations for the company’s funding and growth.

What you'll do

• Lead legal support for ABS, debt and structured debt, and M&A transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, credit facilities, and third-party contracts
• support IPO readiness and SEC reporting processes
• manage outside counsel on Finance and Capital Markets matters
• monitor relevant legal and market developments
• support board and committee preparation and corporate resolutions as needed.
