Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Help plan, organize, implement, and evaluate maintenance programs
• coordinate maintenance with other departments
• assist with preventive maintenance
• repair facility or resident property or coordinate vendor repairs
• inspect storage and work areas
• participate in facility surveys
• support safety and fire-prevention programs
• monitor equipment and supplies
• assist with waste-disposal procedures
• report incidents and facility damage
• follow chemical-handling and personal protective equipment procedures.
