The Research and Development Engineer — Electrical role is onsite in Cypress, CA. The stated annual compensation range is $70,000–$90,000. Working with research and product development teams, the engineer turns ideas and theories into tested hardware and prototype systems. The work includes experiments, analysis, design, fabrication, integration, and testing to demonstrate feasibility and meet customer or business needs.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project documentation
• develop technical skills
• coordinate with Functional Management on training, tasking, and assignments
• perform experiments and analyses
• design and build proof-of-concept hardware
• design, fabricate, assemble, integrate, and test prototype or low-rate production systems
• support program leadership.
