PC Deployment Technician

What you'll do

• Perform imaging, installations, problem resolution, and hardware/software configuration
• provide onsite end-user support
• diagnose and resolve technical problems
• respond to and close deployment and lifecycle refresh tickets
• update and track assigned work to meet contractual SLAs
• provide targeted Tier 2 support
• coordinate with service desk, network services, and desktop engineering
• provide one-to-one user support
• perform moves, adds, and changes
• track inventory and assets.
