What you'll do

• Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns
• support social media content, communications, presentations, and branded materials
• assist with photography, video, website updates, email marketing, and content scheduling
• coordinate events, client engagements, sponsorships, trade shows, recruiting initiatives, and community activities as assigned
• maintain calendars, trackers, files, asset libraries, and approval records
• coordinate external creative and promotional vendors
• review materials for accuracy and brand alignment
• support proposals and business-development materials
• track marketing activity and provide basic reporting.
