What you'll do

• Deliver food promptly and accurately
• verify table numbers, seat positions, dish names, modifiers, and allergies
• announce dishes
• support servers and basic table maintenance
• communicate with expo, servers, bartenders, bussers, and managers
• assist with water service, clearing, resetting, and service-area upkeep
• monitor food presentation and alert expo or management to issues
• help pace courses
• maintain clean, stocked, organized service areas
• follow sanitation, food-handling, and safety standards
• support opening, closing, and side work as assigned.
