What you'll do

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials
• schedule and conduct demonstrations
• take patient measurements and ensure device fit
• educate patients on device use, garment application, prescribed protocols, and therapy sessions
• explain rental agreements and financial responsibility
• confirm appointments and prepare equipment
• coordinate orders and documentation
• escalate patient concerns
• use translation resources when applicable
• and comply with applicable regulations and privacy requirements.
