What you'll do

• Oversee daily service-center operations and workflow
• recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop technicians and service professionals
• build customer relationships and resolve concerns
• coach staff on recommending tires, maintenance, and repairs
• manage inventory, vendor relationships, budgets, expenses, billing, invoicing, and cash flow
• monitor performance indicators, labor efficiency, gross profit, and profitability
• maintain quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• support community outreach.
