What you'll do
- Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
- perform routine maintenance such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake-pad replacements
- inspect engine, transmission, brakes, and other systems
- communicate repair information clearly to customers
- support repeat business through customer satisfaction.
