What you'll do

• Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly multi-state payroll
• validate payroll data, timekeeping records, and employee changes
• resolve discrepancies
• maintain records and assist with quarterly and year-end reporting, tax reconciliations, and W-2 processing. Prepare payroll journal entries, assist with account reconciliations, collaborate with Human Resources and Accounting, and generate reports and analysis.
