The Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes in Tomball, TX. Pay is $13.00–$13.50 per hour. Touching Hearts at Home of North Houston provides one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. The role supports clients’ daily needs, safety, and well-being through personal care, companionship, memory-care support, household assistance, medication reminders, and transportation. Caregivers provide individualized attention to help clients remain supported at home.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• support safe transfers and fall prevention
• provide companionship and memory-care support
• assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders
• help with transportation and errands.
