The Part-Time Mental Health Therapist (LCPC/LCSW-C/LCADC) role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, with compensation of $32–$38 per hour and a schedule of up to 30 hours per week. Innovative Therapeutic Services is expanding behavioral health services in Maryland Department of Juvenile Services centers to increase access to care for justice-involved youth. The therapist provides clinical care to youth and young adults in a structured juvenile detention facility. The role supports client well-being through assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of approximately 8–12 youth
• provide biweekly individual and group therapy and family engagement sessions
• facilitate weekly psychoeducational groups
• conduct screenings and assessments
• provide crisis intervention
• complete clinical documentation
• participate in multidisciplinary meetings and treatment planning
• and collaborate with facility staff and community partners.
