What you'll do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• lead shifts in the General Manager’s absence
• assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and development
• coach team members
• support food preparation and guest service
• manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste reduction
• monitor food safety and airport security compliance
• handle guest feedback
• assist with labor, sales, cash, payroll documentation, and loss prevention.
