What you'll do

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), provide companionship and emotional support, assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and fall prevention, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, follow individualized care plans, observe and report changes in client condition, complete visit documentation using MatrixCare, communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff, and follow infection control and safety procedures.
